Dear InfluxMD Community,

As Hurricane Milton approaches our region, we want to keep you informed about how this may affect our operations and reassure you about the continuity of our services.

Office Closure

Our main support office will be closing at noon today due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Milton. Our location is directly in the path of the hurricane, and we are taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff.

Potential Impact on Support Services

We anticipate widespread power disruptions and potential property damage in our area. As a result, our regular support services may be compromised for an undetermined period. Please be assured that we will make every effort to resume normal operations as quickly as possible once it is safe to do so.

Uninterrupted Core Services

We want to emphasize that despite the office closure, the following critical services will remain fully operational and unaffected:

  • Your hosting services
  • The IMA AI chatbot
  • The InfluxMD application

There will be no interruption to these services throughout this weather event.

Updates

We will use this blog as our primary channel for providing updates on our status and operations. Please check back regularly for the latest information.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time. The safety of our team and the continuity of your services remain our top priorities.

Thank you for your continued trust in InfluxMD. Stay safe, and we'll keep you updated as the situation develops.
